Supporting senior management in training and management of junior staff.
Helping develop and manage client relationships.
Working with the team to make the systems and processes efficient and scalable as possible and to improve and standardize ways of working

Perceptive analysis skills: ability to create hypotheses based on early sight of findings, working through what analyses are likely to help evaluate the hypothesis and execute the analysis to prove/ disprove it
A “can do” attitude, curiosity (including around the commercial insurance sector, brand, and business to business research) and a passion to continuously innovate.
Ability to work as part of a team but equally capable and motivated to work independently.
Must possess the right to work in the UK.
