COVID-19 Update

Dear friends and colleagues,

While we have already spoken to many of you during this extraordinary time of uncertainty, we wanted to give you all a more general update on our way of operating in the near future.

Above all, our priority at Gracechurch is the health and well-being of our clients, colleagues and friends in the industry.

Beyond this, we want you to know that we are here for you and remain determined to carry on giving you the best advice and deliver the best intelligence and guidance that we can in the context of these unchartered waters.

As you may be aware, Gracechurch has been a fully flexible employer for several years now and the team is fully set up digitally to work remotely. We are now encouraging everybody to work from home wherever possible and think it’s best to keep face to face meetings to a minimum, making use of the excellent digital meeting platforms available (e.g. Zoom).  However, if meetings are essential, we will be observing social distancing guidelines.

We want to reassure you that many years of resilient testing and significant investment in technology means that you will continue to experience the same high levels of service from us.  Our research operations have included advanced online solutions alongside 'phone interviewing for some time and they are tried-and-tested to deliver answers to clients in a matter of days, if needed.

This means that we are well equipped to support you with research and data enquiries as the implications of this unprecedented situation become clearer.  How the industry reacts to this extreme situation will have long-reaching implications that will need to be understood.

We are also planning to add specific Covid-19 related questions to our suite of benchmarking research studies and will be in touch with further information soon.

In the meantime, please feel free to contact us personally if you want to pick our brains – we are here to support you.

On behalf of all of us here we wish you all the best and hope that you, your family and friends stay safe.

Best wishes

Ben and the Gracechurch Team
