e-Trading Platforms monitor

Papering over the cracks or essential for successful risk trading?

The Gracechurch e-Trading platforms survey is the first independent survey of users' experience of new e-Trading systems in the London Market.

The survey is aimed at all those who either broke or underwrite risks in the London Market, and is being used to evaluate user experiences (UX) of current systems, user needs and where systems help or get in the way of effective trading.

What’s the purpose of the e-Trading monitor?

We know that e-Trading is here to stay but independent intelligence on what users want and which systems are fit for purpose will be vital for all stakeholders and for maintaining London’s competitive edge. We are working with providers of ‘e-trading’ services, carriers and brokers advising on the user experience and what functionality needs to be prioritised.

Your opinion matters

Would “the market would be utterly screwed” without e-placement systems or is it the case that current systems are just “papering over the cracks”, and “causing duplication”?

The range of opinion about this topic is wide and feelings are strong. Doing the survey will mean that you can register your view and contribute to positively influencing future developments.
