UK Broker Panel Prize Draw

1. Eligibility:

1.1 The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or over.

1.2 By participating in the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Entry:

2.1 No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the prize draw.

2.2 Entry to the prize draw can only be made by voluntarily signing up to the Gracechurch Panel, either by online form or email.

2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified. 2.4 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or indecipherable will not be valid and will be disqualified.

2.5 Gracechurch accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.

2.6 The deadline for entry is 8th December 2023 at 5pm GMT. Entries after the deadline has passed will not be accepted into the prize draw. Subsequent prize draws will be announced in 2024.

​3. Prize:

3.1 The prize will be described in the promotional material or announcement related to the prize draw.

3.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

3.3 Gracechurch reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.

4. Winner Selection:

4.1 The winner will be selected at random, either by an independent person or witnessed by an independent person, from all valid entries received during the entry period.

4.2 The winner will be notified by email/telephone and will receive their prize within 4 weeks of the draw date.

4.3 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 weeks of being contacted, Gracechurch reserves the right to select an alternative winner at their discretion.

5. Publicity:

5.1 The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity activities related to the prize draw, including the publication of their name and photograph, without any additional payment or compensation.

5.2 Gracechurch will obtain explicit consent from the winner before using their personal information for any promotional purposes.
5.3 Gracechurch will publish the result of the prize draw as soon as it is safe to do so.

6. Data Protection and Privacy:

6.1 Gracechurch will collect and process personal information of entrants in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and their privacy policy.

6.2 By entering the prize draw, entrants consent to joining the UK Broker Panel and the use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the prize draw.

6.3 Anonymity of entrants is preserved unless entrants have given their informed consent for their details to be revealed or for attributable comments to be passed on.

6.4 Gracechurch ensures that personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent from the entrants.

7.  Compliance with Market Research Society (MRS) Regulations:
7.1. The prize draw will be conducted in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Market Research Society (MRS).
7.2 Gracechurch will adhere to the MRS Code of Conduct and all relevant regulations regarding the administration of free prize draws.
7.3 Gracechurch will maintain accurate records and documentation pertaining to the prize draw, including the selection process, eligibility checks, and prize distribution.

8.  Liability:

8.1 Gracechurch accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering the prize draw or accepting the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8.2 Gracechurch shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the prize draw, including but not limited to any delay in prize delivery or any damaged, lost, or stolen prizes.

9.  General:

9.1 Gracechurch reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reasons.

9.2 Gracechurch's decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
