About the Role

We are looking for experienced B2B market research interviewers to join the Gracechurch Pulse Unit team. 


The Pulse Unit complements our quantitative data collection with in-depth telephone interviews and helps our clients to understand the real experiences of brokers and customers. 


This role benefits from: 

  • Flexible shift pattern, within office hours (9am-5pm Mon-Friday. No weekends). 

  • Flexible location, working from both our Richmond office, and from home (following completion of in-office training). 

  • Full training provided. 

  • Expected start date: Immediate.

Duties

  • Booking and conducting telephone interviews with target audience from in-house lists. No sales involved.

Requirements

  • Must have excellent communication skills and a track record of telephone interviewing (or Telesales).

  • Experience of financial services/ insurance a benefit.
