Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM), part of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, has been awarded the 2021 Outstanding Service Quality Marque by Gracechurch, the independent insurance research consultancy.
It is awarded annually to businesses who are proven to deliver outstanding claims service. The winners are selected from the results of independent robust evidence gathered from specialist claims brokers.
LSM is one of six London insurers to receive this accolade in 2021. The winning insurers were all strongly recommended by claims broking specialists and consistently highly rated for communications, commerciality and maintaining strong relationships.

First launched in 2017, the Service Quality Marque is awarded to businesses that excel in consistent service quality based on the Gracechurch Claims Service Report.
